Keely took over as Owner/CEO of Hire With Ease in August of 2018. She is looking forward to continuing the great business that Tammi created! We are happy to be filling the needs of a niche market, providing affordable hiring support where none was available before. It is our privilege and pleasure to help small business owners build their businesses and fulfill their dreams, by making hiring easier!
What do you love about this job and helping small businesses with hiring?
I have a lot of different experience within the human resources field, but I have always enjoyed recruiting the most. I love working with small business owners to determine their needs for any given job, seeing snapshots of people with their resumes, interacting and asking questions with the candidates during the interview process and finding the best fit for a role. It is really rewarding, fun and always different.
What makes it most rewarding?
It’s really rewarding to be able to provide guidance and assistance when every hire is so critical to a small business. There is significant impact on the entire culture and business when you add someone new to the mix, so it’s important to get it right.
What do you do for fun/when you’re not working?
I have both road and mountain bikes, and try and ride them as often as I can, and stop and take pictures with my camera phone. I love each for different reasons. My road bike allows me to ride, think, and enjoy the beautiful scenery around me. My mountain bike pushes me out of my comfort zone to challenge me physically and mentally to do things that I haven’t tried before.
What’s a little known/interesting fact about you?
I’ve had stitches four times in my chin, all before I was out of elementary school. Thankfully, no stitches from any of my biking. Yet.
What’s your greatest weakness?
Good coffee. A gorgeous sunset. Fish tacos.
If you could have any super power what would it be?
To heal immediately after an injury. Then I would probably push myself more on my mountain bike.
